We are incredibly proud that our Bowron Lake Canoe Circuit expedition has been featured in Scottish Paddler. The official magazine of Paddle Scotland. Seeing our wilderness canoe journey published in a national paddling magazine is a real honour and a meaningful milestone for Wee Wild Adventures.
The Bowron Lake Canoe Circuit, deep in British Columbia’s Cariboo Mountains, is one of the world’s great multi day paddling journeys. Completing the full 116 km circuit required careful planning, resilience, and a willingness to embrace whatever the wilderness delivered. From long portages and storm swept lakes and moments of complete stillness. It was an experience that stayed with us long after we returned home.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Paddle Scotland and the Scottish Paddler editorial team for sharing our story and supporting paddling adventures from across the wider community. It is a privilege to contribute to a publication that inspires paddlers throughout Scotland and beyond.
