Northern Ireland

Wee Wild Adventures in Northern Ireland took us across the sea to Rathlin Island — a wild and windswept place of puffins, lighthouses, and cliffside walks. Just off the coast of Ballycastle, this remote island offered a perfect mix of birdlife, history, and open space, with views stretching across the Atlantic. From exploring the island’s upside-down lighthouse to discovering standing stones and spotting seabirds nesting on sea stacks, our visit was a reminder that even the smallest islands can hold the biggest adventures.
