Cosplay Extravaganza
One of the highlights of ComicCon is undoubtedly the incredible cosplay on display. I have never stood in such an entertaining queue to enter an event. There were lots of elfen ears, tails, wings, anime characters, Stormtroopers, Batman and Robin, Wilma and Thelma, Judge Dredd, Spiderman and so many other characters which I can’t possibly name!
Attendees go all out to embody their favourite characters, with elaborate costumes and meticulous attention to detail. I didn’t expect to see this feast for the eyes. Everything from iconic superheroes and villains to characters from cult classics and obscure indie titles.
Opening and Closing Times
ComicCon 2024 in Glasgow opens its doors at 10:00 AM, giving eager fans plenty of time to explore everything the event has to offer. VIPs or Early Birds get to enter at this time and we don’t have these early bird tickets. We get to ComicCon by lunchtime and let the fun and games begin!
The excitement continues until 6:00 PM, ensuring a full day of geeky fun and adventure for attendees of all ages.

The effort my fellow visitors went to with their amazing outfits, make up, hair, wigs and in some cases bare torsos! It is a feast for the eyes!
Star Wars characters were fantastic to see too. Especially Darth Vader and Storm Troopers standing in the queue for a coffee. Let’s not forget I got a cuddle from Chewbacca. (swoon!)
